We would be happy to keep our booking conditions in our webshop as transparent and clear as possible for you.

Languages ​​of instruction
Our standard languages ​​in group lessons are German and English.
A number of other languages ​​are available to you in private lessons, such as:

Russian
Czech
Swedish
Polish

Please let us know your preferred language so we can clarify availability.


General terms and conditions of business
Our general terms and conditions apply to all ski school services that are made through online bookings.

Cancellation fees :
Free 30 days before the start of the course
21 days before the start of the course 25%
14 days before the start of the course 50%
less than 14 days before the start of the course 100%

Cancellations must be made in writing.

• No refunds for unused days.
• Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be reimbursed.
• Courses take place in all weathers.
• The ski school ticket is not transferable.
• We decline any liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
• The service booked by the customer must be paid in full at the ski school office (Hauptstrasse 458) before using the service.
• The cost of ski lessons does not include the use of the lifts. The ski school will not provide any compensation for lesson times lost due to cable car and lift failures.

Deposits
If you make deposits for your booking via our webshop after prior arrangement, the remaining amount must be paid on site before the course begins.

All offers are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate notice or to temporarily or permanently stop publication.
